Fire engulfs Shanghai high-rise, five deaths reported via AP - people reported jumping from the building.
This is a 30-story apartment building.
The fire took place in the afternoon so many people would have been at work or school but the 30 story building does have many retirees.
So far 5 people have been reported dead and 48 injured and taken to hospital.
That is horrible! Looks like they have no fire retardant system.
