Apparently it’s OK for them to make jokes and keep images of women/children and feeling up Grandma’s chest is OK, but searching for weapons or bomb detonation devices concealed in a turban is now disrespectful. The police state has arrived but only for your average American citizen it seems.

The thing about this is that the serious terrorists can get around all of this anyway, by embedding the bomb inside their bodies - for instance, as breast implants. The only way they could make us secure through device detection is if they did actual x-rays from multiple angles, as thoroughly as if they were looking for a tumor. And even at that how would we know whether it was a legitimate breast implant or something more sinister?
Like it or not, the only way to protect ourselves is to allow screening of BEHAVIOR. To be looking for terrorists themselves, and not just devices. Like the Israelis do.
The millenium plot was stopped because somebody vigilant followed their gut instinct. That person was looking for terrorists, not just devices. And that saved a lot of lives.
This is why CAIR has to do the legal thing of trying to make it “discrimination” for people to report suspicious behavior. They know that they can work their way around people looking for devices. What they can’t do so easily is get around people who are looking for TERRORISTS.
The moves by CAIR and other Muslims make it clear to me that they believe they have reached the 10% population threshold where Islam says they have a responsibility to soften the society to receive sharia. They are making their move. We either stop them, or we will be destroyed by them. America needs to wake up.

EVERY parent worth a darn has spent time explaining to their kids that the kid is NEVER to let a STRANGER near them & to run—& for sure, NEVER to let a stranger put their hands on the kid & in particular, their private areas.
NOW- the GOVERNMENT, via the radical Muslims, are paying STRANGERS to paw all over these same kids.
No wonder the kids are screaming—I would be screaming, also.
The TSA and all of its false security should go.
I am getting very tired of these "I will never fly commercial again" posts. Many of us don't have a choice. We live in WA and my the rest of my and my husband's family is in LA/MS. What do you propose we do? Drive 2K+ miles, when hubby works and the kids are in school?
You remind me of those who say they will never send their kids to public school. Many of us can't afford private school or can't stay home.
We need to fight the government control. Fight the system and make them profile likely terrorists instead of feeling up every flyer or taking nudie pix. Fight the public school system and demand that taxpayers who homeschool or send their kids to private get their taxes back. We haven't won if we are still paying for it.
On D-3, begin diet heavily weighted toward kimchi, broccoli, eggs, red meat, beer, etc. This diet will have certain natural gastrointestinal effects.
On D-Day, arrive at "security screening" checkpoint. Place small amount of carry-on property in X-Ray scanner. Inform TSA that "I opt out" of the backscatter X-Ray machine. When TSA commences sexual abuse "enhanced pat-down search" ... allow nature to take its course regarding gastrointestinal effects.

Perhaps ... but TSA won't like it, and they can't really do anything about it.

I am getting really tired of other people wanting to control the rest of the nation so that their own lives are made easier... even to the point of suppressing our right to speak freely, to assemble freely and to hold opinions on actions of our government.

You attack me... and by default you attack those that refuse to spend their money in a system as corrupt and inept as commercial aviation and the government goons that administer it. We are fighting back... by not supporting the totalitarian big brother sysytem that they created. You do what you want to do... leave the rest of the USA out of your family problems.
