DOJ Voting Section Deputy Chief Misled Civil Rights Commission on Black Panthers Case
Pajamas Media ^ | October 28, 2010 | Hans von Spakovsky

Posted on 10/28/2010 5:49:56 PM PDT by jazusamo

With the vote on the Civil Rights Commission New Black Panther report set for Friday, former DOJ attorney Hans von Spakovsky submits this affidavit rebutting former Deputy Chief of the Voting Section Robert Kengle.

Kengle had contested portions of Christopher Coates’ testimony before the Commission, testimony which described Kengle’s hostility toward race-neutral enforcement of civil rights laws. The Coates testimony was deeply embarassing to Kengle, and von Spakovsky’s corroboration of Coates’ testimony is even more so.

More serious, more disturbing than Watergate.

I think TSWHTF after the election if this story is true:

Nothing will come from any of this. The election will be over and unless the gutless GOP decides to keep on it (which I doubt) it will die.

No doubt that you're correct. The DOJ has been corrupted over the years by liberal think but it has come to a head under the Marxist regime of Obama.

I’ve read that and agree. There’ll be investigations whether it’s all true or not.

There is a lot of talk out there that this is Imam Hussein’s Achilles Heel, and the rumors of a major scandal brewing revolve around this and a number of other unsavory Chicagoland crimes.

yes it is more disturbing than Watergate. Some have told me that as the white population shrinks the civil rights laws will protect us on the way down..not so...

Do you know the current status of the DOJ voting rights panel’s results. Last I heard on Friday, someone walked out claiming not wanting to be the one who screwed the DOJ or BO? Since then haven’t seen or heard a thing.
Thanks,

It's the US Commission on Civil Rights that has done the investigation and called witnesses including Perez, Coates and Adams. They are separate from the DOJ but are empowered by law and when their report is approved by a majority vote they will submit it to DOJ.

They had a business meeting scheduled for tomorrow but it has been canceled and I don't why. The next regular business meeting scheduled is for December 3 and I'd guess that's when they'll try and get a quorum to approve their investigation report.

Michael Yaki is the one who walked out of the meeting so they wouldn't have the quorum to vote. He's a flaming liberal attorney who was a top adviser to Pelosi and is truly a sorry excuse for a human being.

The report will be approved and after the new House is installed there will be House committee investigations and it won't be pretty for Holder and his thugs. :-)

Thanks so much, I never seen a follow up to the guy walking out on the meeting. I will try and follow it from here.
Thanks again.
