Democrats are now attacking all WWE fans in the great state of Connecticut to help the liar Blumenthal win against Linda McMahon.

I would say this is discrimination. I didn't know wearing a wrestling shirt that supported a specific wrestler was now considered "Electioneering"

I think Linda McMahon has a great shot at pulling an upset otherwise Zero and Bozo the Vice President wouldn't have gone to Connecticut so many times, and the Democrat Secretary of State of Connecticut is now threatening WWE fans from wearing WWE clothes even though Linda resigned from the company.

Typical democratic crap. PLEASE if you are in Connecticut or have friends, family, ect... please get them out to vote against Blumenthal. Anyone who lied about military service has no business in Washington let alone the Senate.

This seat is still in play. I think the dems are still going to stay at home Nov 2nd. We need to fight for our lives. If you know anyone in Connecticut please get them to go out and fight for Linda.

Blumenthal is a clone of Dodd.

This story does give me hope that the dems are this desperate that they are going to try and ban WWE fans from voting. Now if they banned voters wearing Tupac gear, you’d have Al Sharpton with his bull horn and Jesse Jackson with his rent a mob.

I feel like a salmon swimming against the stream, but I agree with the ban. No electioneering is allowed in the polls. The McMahon name is tied to WWE. Wearing pro-wrestling gear would be like wearing Apple shirts if Steve Jobs decided to run for office.

Now I think that a few Dems, especially Michelle Obama and Sheila Jackson Lee, should have been escorted out of their polling places and perhaps even arrested for electioneering at the polls. That doesn't excuse Republicans doing it though.

Now seriously! In my area most polling places are manned by little blue haired old ladies. How many of them are going to know that a John Cena T-shirt or a Randy Orton wristband is WWE material?

I imagine the discussion will go something like this on election morning.

Maude: This memo says we have to turn away folks with Wa-Wee material.

Norma: WHAT?!

Maude: I SAID WE HAVE TO TURN AWAY FOLKS WITH WA-WEE MATERIAL!

Ethel: What's Wa-Wee material is that a misspelling?

Maude: Thats what it says WWE. That Wa-Wee.

Norma: WHAT?!

Ethel: CHANGE YOU HEARING AID BATTERY NORMA!

Tilly: Your all wrong! Everybody know WWE is the initials of Wilbur Winslow Everett.

Maude: Why would they want us to ban poor old Mr. Everett?

Ethel: He's such a handsome fellow...

Maude: Yes, very distinguished.

Tilly: What were suppose to do? Oh, well couldn't have been very important.

I proudly wore my old Army fatigue hat with its captains bars when I went to vote against Kerry in 2004 (said a little prayer for all those whose deaths his treachery had caused as I pulled the lever) - glad nobody objected to that choice of apparel......

Has this action by Connecticut Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz, made news in Connecticut? Are the voters aware of this?

Well, I guess they should take anything related to the state of Connecticut out of the polling places, because Blumenthal currently works for the State, and apparently you can’t have anything related to a current or former employer or owner of a business.

STAMFORD, Conn. – The right for World Wrestling Entertainment fans to vote was threatened Friday by Connecticut Secretary of State Susan Bysiewicz, who gave the authority to local poll workers to determine that if anyone shows up to the polls on November 2 wearing any WWE merchandise, whether it is a John Cena T-shirt or a Randy Orton wristband, they may be forced to go home and change, cover it up, or take it off in order to vote.

“Denying our fans the right to vote, denying them their First Amendment rights, regardless if they are Democrat, Republican or Independent, is un-American, unconstitutional and blatantly discriminatory,” said Vince McMahon, Chairman and CEO of WWE.

Absolutely outrageous. I despise that 'RAT Susan Bysiewicz.

I'm not a WWE fan at all, but this edict by the Connecticut SOS is incredibly spiteful, obviously aimed at Linda McMahon's candidacy for Senate. But it may backfire if it is enforced: my intuition tells me that there are at least as many 'Rats among WWE fans as there are Pubbies.

Seems as if this SOS Bysiewicz is a product of Soros' Secretary of State project. If she is up for re-election, she must be defeated.

Wonder if we'll hear any comment on this from the outgoing GOP governor.

This is ridiculous. There’s never been a dress code for voting. Anti-campaigning laws apply to handing out literature, etc. Never, as far as I know, been applied to individual’s clothing.
