Wow, for someone who claims to follow logic then...he sure screws up a lot. Ok hussein, explain to this simple engineer why you haven't promoted:

• Firearms ownership: statistics show that more guns equal less crime.
• Lower taxes: history shows that lowering taxes stimulates the economy.
• Shrinking government: history also shows that expanding government (aka socialism) does not work.
• Taking a tough line with our enemies: history, often bloody history, shows that appeasement does not work.
• Securing our borders: the FBI has arrested would-be radical Muslim terrorists who came across the southern border in the trunk of a car, why is the border still porous?
• Fulfilled any one of the dozens of promises you've made such as Gitmo, earmarks, posting legislation, transparency, no-lobbyists, etc. etc. If you've forgotten your promises (I realize there were a lot of them) just google yourself, the web is full of lists of your lies and broken promises.

So, as such a even-tempered logical leader, I'm sure hussein will immediately reverse course on these and other issues and go with what is proven to work... {snort}

The way I figure it...if this Barry Soetoro guy was anywhere near as bright as he says he is, it would be completely self-evident. It would be so obvious that it there would be no question in anyone's mind whasoever. He wouldn't need legions of handlers to tell anyone who might be listening how "fiercely intelligent" he is.

And yet...it isn't obvious by any means, and thousands of Barry's handlers have to keep reminding us how smart this guy is.

I almost feel sorry for the guy. A BS artist can go a long way in life and this one has, largely because he and the people around him genuinely believe that's what it's really all about. Wealth is theft, success measured by celebrity, that sort of malarkey. Very difficult things happen to truly intelligent people when they learn the hard way that none of that is true. Orwell, Chambers, Hook, Horowitz, Sowell. I'll pray for the guy but I sure don't want him as President, because he's too damn ignorant to change a tire without calling for help, or accusing the nail in it of racism.

Coincidence, I think not; the firearms are for when the threats become reality; the drinking is, as said in Proverbs 31:6:

We, as a nation, are perishing; and it would be called rebellion or treason if we were to fight against it.
We, as a nation, are in anguish; the whole of the government refuses to do justice, they lie and cheat and deprive us of our rights.
We, as a nation, are in poverty; our trust has been squandered and we are now held to account for multi-trillions in promissory notes.
We, as a people, are downtrodden and the fruit of our labors raided.
We, as a people, are held in lower esteem than the alien and invader.
And as individuals, we are looked down upon with an attitude of "you do not matter; for you cannot make a difference."

If that is truly what happens, would not that be contra survival. When I have found myself in a tight spot and scared, my thought processes seem to be very clear. If we as a species do not think clearly in crisis we would be extinct.

Perhaps Obama’s problem is that many of us are thinking clearly now due to being scared.
