Congressional Fists of Fury

Duck! Your congressman may be swinging for your jaw -- all because you dared to disturb His Majesty by asking a question.

The Democrats can't tout their achievements because they don't have any. So instead, an increasing number of Democratic politicians are trying to reach voters -- with the business end of their fists.

Here's a quick tour of the Democrats' greatest hits...and punches, grabs, and strangulations.

Rep. Bob Etheridge (D-NC) got the ball rolling in June, when a student approached him on a Washington street and asked if he supported the Obama agenda. The seven-term congressman responded with the Jeffersonian delight in discourse we've come to expect from our Democratic overlords.

He attempted to strangle the student. Watch Congressman Etheridge in action below.

[video]

Ah, yes, it's voter-choking season in Congress. Just look into Etheridge's creepy eyes. I'm really feeling that trademark Democratic compassion, aren't you?

I bet you're aching to put your loved ones' health care decisions into this guy's hands.

Personally, I'd rather go with Renee Elmers, a surgical nurse who works with her physician husband and is running against Etheridge. She opposes ObamaCare and wants to bring practical reforms to health care based on her real-life experience. What a concept!

Besides, she looks as if I could ask her a policy question and still retain my teeth.

Then there's His Lordship, the Grand Vizier of Binghamton, Maurice Hinchey (D-NY). Since he assumed the Royal Position seventeen years ago, Hinchey apparently has grown accustomed to rose petals strewn on red carpets when he deigns to appear.

Unfortunately for him, this week, a local reporter asked a genuine question about Hinchey's apparent conflict of interest in a real estate project in which he has a financial interest and in which he earmarked for federal funds.

It's what's in store for all of us if these thugs remain on Capitol Hill, and that's no exaggeration. They're all running for the political center now, getting as far from Nancy and company as they can. It's all street theater. Be assured they'll all revert to type once the smoke clears. Then the leg breaking will begin in earnest. Remember in November.

Well maybe the reason why Rep. Bob Etheridge (D-NC) sure is acting “creepy” is could it be, there is a LADY who is EYEING his seat and is RUNNING SCARED? Just saying.

Oh, BTW, the lady in question, her first name I believe is Renee.

Your congressman may be swinging for your jaw -- all because you dared to disturb His Majesty by asking a question.

The Democrats are now down to insults and outright assaults, after passing some of the worst legislation in the history of the republic.

And the Kenyan Clown has joined in, recently called the electorate stupid cowards in 'Fear and frustration' drive voters:

"Part of the reason that our politics seems so tough right now and facts and science and argument does not seem to be winning the day all the time is because we're hardwired not to always think clearly when we're scared,” Obama said Saturday evening in remarks at a small Democratic fundraiser Saturday evening. “And the country's scared.” Obama told the several dozen donors that he was offering them his “view from the Oval Office.” He faulted the economic downturn for Americans’ inability to “think clearly” and said the burden is on Democrats “to break through the fear and the frustration people are feeling.”

I hope that no one will vote for these contemptible creatures who try to use fear and lies to continue their hold on power.

Since His Lordship, the Grand Vizier of Binghamton, Maurice Hinchey (D-NY) donned the Royal Robes of office 17 years ago, Hinchey has grown accustomed to rose petals strewn at his feet when he deigns to appear. Bill Kemble of the Kingston Freeman asked His Lordship about allegations of conflict of interest between Hinchey’s earmark requests and his own financial interests re the Partition Street Project. Hinchey refused to answer, and lit into Kemble.” When Kemble persisted, Hinchey told him to “Shut up!

His Lordship Maurice Hinchey (D-NY)

=================================================

L/E should investigate the Partition Street Project ASAP.

THE MODUS OPERANDI? Can Partition Street Project prove where it spent tax grants? (1) Did they award bloated contracts to cronies and family that had “kickback” written all over it? (2) Did they price a contract lower on paper then increasing the amount taken out of the budget? (3) Does Hinchley have a hidden equity interest in companies receiving contracts?

We need to connect the dots to His Lordship Hinchey's federal and state campaign finance filings. If His Lordship Hinchey extorted public money for Partition Street Project that was legislated for one purpose.....but the money was converted for other purposes---perhaps even campaign donations----that is illegal.

ACTION The FBI should interrogate His Lordship Hinchey to determine what he exchanged for support---money, jobs, campaign contributions, political cover.

POSSIBLE CHARGES: illegal conversions; facilitating govt fraud; official acts prohibited; misuse of Congressional funds; abuse of public office; violating oath of office; misuse of government position; abuse of government power; conflict of interest; influence buying; conspiracy to deceive; misuse of elective office, collusion, conspiracy to collude; falsifying official documents, presenting false instruments for filing.

His Lordship Hinchey's official campaign finance records filed with the FEC, and state election commissions, should be scrutinized for possible violations. (a) Determine if names of contributors are legit, (b) whether campaign contributions were disguised. (d) whether he colluded and agreed to give/get something of value, campaign assistance, campaign cash, a govt gratuity, jobs for relatives, etc, in exchange for votes.

==================================

Schemes such as illegal conversions and money laundering to evade the IRS, SEC, FEC and US banking laws may have been utilized. If felonies have been alleged, it is also possible that other federal offenses have also been committed.

Partition Street Project insiders filed thousands of document. Taxpayers should demand to know the scope and dimension of deceptive and intentionally ambiguous information contained therein.

Partition Street Project may have violated RICO (the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act) by generating fraudulent documents to extort taxpayers and steal govt monies. L/E should place a hold on all Partition Street Project documents. Stealing and conveying (or destroying) official govt records nets 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

L/E should also look at Computer Trespass--a class C felony if access is made with the intent to commit a crime and/or the violation involves a computer or database maintained by a government agency.

Did Partition Street Project advertise low ball salaries for public consumption, then file falsified papers to get much higher salaries. LE should examine all Partition Street Projectperks, expense accounts, unauthorized 6-figure bonuses, pensions, tax-evading annuities, etc, etc, etc.

THE BIG ONE His Lordship Hinchey's and Partition Street Project insiders’ tax returns will reveal their actual income compared with publicized outlays. In particular, examine “interest income” on IRS forms. The IRS should relentlessly pursue these individuals to determine if all relevant income was reported and whether all taxes due were paid (stolen money is taxable).
