Obama? Doesn’t like giving speeches? Are you kidding? He LOVES giving speeches! He loves the adoration and the applause, the attentive audience cheering him, tuned into him... He LIVES for that.
During the campaign he said “I like the way I sound when giving speeches.” Really. I made a mental note of that.
