Obama’s related to WHO? You betcha!

NEW YORK (AP) — And you thought it was strange to hear that Barack Obama was related to Dick Cheney. Well, betcha can’t guess who he’s related to now!

Yup — the president has family ties to none other than Sarah Palin, according to the genealogists at Ancestry.com, a discovery the family history site made when looking for connections between political foes.

And that’s not all — Obama also is apparently related to radio host and relentless critic Rush Limbaugh. Might you want to reconsider some of your recent comments, Mr. Limbaugh, now that you’re apparently family?

There you go again, objecting to the bastardization of the language. And, might I add, just about every family lineage on the planet can be expected to have a "dark horse." What's really curious to me is how the Cheney, Palin, et al families bridged the geographic gap between the U.S. and Kenya. Damned amazing if you ask me! Ah well, so much for the dative case and so much for the nation.

Obama and Coulter are related through an ancestor in Lowville NY circa American Revolution times.

Virtually every President is related to the same guy(s) ~ except for the Adams family, and downstream they also are closely related to the same crowd.

I still haven't figured out if the Lowville people were considered Oneida or white folks ~ or both as it can turn out. We'll know someday.
