BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) - Only 22 days remain until Election Day, and more than 300,000 New York service members and overseas voters still don't have their absentee ballots.

Fox News reports that Albany has failed to send the ballots to military voters more than one week after the deadline, a violation of the "Move" Act.

The penalty for a state depriving our military of their votes should be that the total of unsent ballots should be subtracted from the votes the party in power gets. Every governor would light a fire under the voter registrar to get those ballots sent.

This is done on purpose. The Democrats know that service members are patriots and will not vote for them. Remember the Bush-Gore Florida battle, where the Democrats systematically denied military voters the right to the franchise. Despicable.

I would like to see the whole State of NY not allowed to have have their election counted until this is resolved, ditto for other States.

It appears to me the Dems are setting up a gigantic voter fraud across the nation to achieve their aims. Houston is going to “hand count” ballots because their voting machines just “happened” to burn up and they can’t get new ones in time for the election. Yeah, just an unfortunate accident!

I live in Oregon where all ballots are mail in, since our state is run by Dems many in the opposing party do not send their ballots through the mail, we hand deliver a day before or on the day they are due, absolutely no chance of tampering then.
