It is totally beyond understanding that they prevent the very
ones who are protecting us from the bad guys from having a
say in our local, state and federal government!
I hope they are prosecuted, but with the thugs who are in
power, it probably won’t happen!

Erie, where Paladino is from? Westchester, where DioGuardi is from? This is election tampering. Where is the FEC?
Erie country went HEAVILY Paladino in the primaries and Buffalo is in that county and has a decent sized population.
Niagara county is right next door and it wouldn't surprise me if IT went for Paladino as well.

Why not modify the Federal law to require that states that fall short of the 45 day cutoff be required to pay for expedited FedEx return. At about $25 a pop they might make more of an effort.
