They campaign for and donate hundreds of thousands towards implementation of Obamacare, and then after the legislation becomes law and someone actually READS it, they find out some of the union members will lose their health care insurance since the programs do not meet the medical loss ratio mandate.

McDonald's was not the only company to get a waiver. The branch of the American Federation of Teachers in New York City also got a waiver.

Patronage.

Just another facet of the feudalistic system the leftist elitists want to set up.

They own and control everything,
and those who have their favor get special dispensations,

whilst those who are out of their favor get “rationed” to death.

In the end, healthcare costs for the nation will be borne by the people who are registered as Republicans. All others will receive services at no charge.

Selective enforcement of the law and patronage are sure signs of tyranny.

Repeal the law. Impeach the tyrant and his accomplices.

Tar, feathers, rail - out!

They won’t do anything unless protesters haunt them with signs and jeers and raise enough stink to confront them on it...Till the leaders and representatives fear what happens if they don’t act.

Saying we’re mad is only going to go so far. Saying that someone else should do something about it is only going to go so far.

This needs to go viral. Every Repub/conservative candidate needs to be shouting this from the rooftops, especially in New York.

ENOUGH ALREADY!!!!

IF YOU CAMPAIGNED FOR IT AND WERE DUMB ENOUGH TO SUPPORT IT...

THEN YOU CAN PAY FOR IT!

We need to launch a campaign to stop this “waiver” business. We told them this kind of stuff was in this law and they denied and lied...

IGNORANCE OF THE LAW IS NO EXCUSE

YOU WANT A WAIVER....FORGET ABOUT!

DEMAND A REPEAL OF IT!

I would think that such waivers will only aid the court case to declare Obamacare unconstitutional.

Soon laws in this country will only apply to straight, white, non-union males. Everyone else will have an exemption.

“There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power any governmenthas is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible to live without breaking laws.”

I surely hope some Lawyer files a 14th Amendment claim against Socialized Medicine, whereas, Equal Protection is being trampled in favor of special interest “waivers”.

Hopefully, a GOP Congress will repeal Obamacare. Any program like this should be ALL in or ALL out, no exceptions. Not selective, in favor of the crowd with the most clout.
