We have hope in 51 st District, Southern part of San Diego/Chula Vista BORDER AREA etc.
Nick Popaditch (R) Marine Veteran is running against incumbent Bob Filner (D). Popaditch is the famous cigar smoking tank commander shown at the tear down of the Statue of Saddam Hussein in Iraq. Filner refuses to hold Town Halls and debate Popaditch. Filner is one of the most liberal reps in the House. Grassroots are working hard for Popaditch. People of all parties are marching in front of Filner's Chula Vista Office every Thursday afternoon until he debates Nick... Everyone welcome, let's shame Filner into debating and holding Town Halls. Popaditch sure could use some donations, and his chances are looking good.

Filner has ticked off a few people and one has this website, lots of info and more videos of the Bum:

Here is video of Filner "supporter" coming out of his office talking about bringing a Mexican flag and that Chula Vista and San Diego are Mexican communities, Filner is a pro illegal alien amnesty and ultra left wing chicken! :
Oh yeah for those that don't know it Filner is a red diaper baby, his father Joseph Filner was a registered Communist. Unbelievable this clown has been in office so long. Help vote the bum out!

I have been looking online like crazy to find something. There are no polls. This is the only other thing I found on the topic: http://elections.nytimes.com/2010/house/california/51
