The health care legislation passed by Congress and signed by the president lays out a mandate that family health insurance coverage include coverage for “kids” through the age of 26. This took effect one week ago.
LOL! he basically told this woman she and her son should be grateful the son can stay on HER insurance policy (if she has one) until he is 26

Explain how a 26 year old is a child, or how this helps by infantilizing them ... or how it helps because it won’t be free or how it helps because few will be able to afford it and they will end up on welfare?
“Under the law, preventative health care benefits will now be free. Annual physicals, basic blood work, immunizations, mammograms and colonoscopies will be available without co-payments or shared costs to most insurance holders.”
