Yes, I wrote the lawsuit for Christine O’Donnell against ISI that Christine later filed pro se. Time was running out. We had 120 days after the EEOC certified the case.

I wrote the lawsuit to submit to Delaware attorneys, but when time was short CHristine filed my draft over her signature pro se to keep from missing the deadline.

Then a Delware attorney took over the case and filed an amended version.

ISI has done a lot of good. But they were dead wrong on this one. I reviewed the documents, interviewed potential witneses, etc. They got caught red-handed with their hand illegally in the cookie jar.
