Governor Charlie Crist and Jim Greer are no longer active in the Republican party of Florida.

When they were in charge they were big spenders, a party audit released today indicates.

Key points of the audit:

* A $13,000 Disney World vacation in June 2009.
* Between 2007 and 2009, a total of $381,786.12 in expenses paid for by the Republican Party of Florida were primarily not related to party business.
* Expenses agreed to be repaid by Greer: $7,337.21.

Greer and his wife, along with Gov. Crist and his wife Carole, paid for the getaway with a Republican party credit card.

"Good old Charlie Loafers seems to enjoy the public dole as much as his future constituency. "

This is the same guy that was smearing Rubio over some relatively small spending from Party funds.

Crist deserves public humiliation for letting his blind ambition overrule common sense and not retiring with dignity--without exposing himself as all the worst traits of the stereotypic politician.

I used to love Krauthammer, but taking another look at what he has to say now (especially after Christine).

Just another reason not to vote for Crist. The reasons keep adding up.

Bye Bye Crist.

Okay, I'll admit to being ignorant. What the hell is a "beard"?

“Not that there’s anything wrong with that” is a reference to the TV sitcom Seinfeld.

It is a line that is brought up numerous times throughout one episode in Seinfeld in which the show’s characters encounter homosexuals. While they are clearly uncomfortable with the encounters, they insincerely (and humorously) re-assure each other that they are good New Yorkers by saying “Not that there’s anything wrong with that” with each encounter.

It is a subtle dig at liberal hypocracy.
It is NOT my approval of that lifestyle.

I was never a fan of Seinfeld, but I do understand the reference. My reply of "not that there's anything right with that" is something I love throwing out whenever I'm debating homosexuality...you should see the looks I get from the "enlightened" crowd. It's a combination of shock, disbelief, and outright revulsion that someone would have the audacity to disagree with their "sacred" lifestyle choice.

That’s one of the reasons I don’t bother going to Disney anymore along with the high prices. When you are retired you can’t afford it so people who are still working come down but people retired living in Florida its getting off limits.
