US TV legend Bob Barker was rushed to the hospital Thursday after fainting at a shooting range in the Los Angeles area, according to entertainment website TMZ.
The 86-year-old former host of The Price Is Right was shooting when he collapsed, a witness said.
He had regained consciousness by the time help arrived but was still taken by ambulance to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A.

I have a great aunt and uncle who are in their late 80’s and still going strong. They mow their own yard, clean their own house and commute to Florida each winter.
Like Bob, both are skinny as a rail.
If that’s the secret to longevity I’m doomed.

I’d have been a lot more sympathetic in the days before I learned he was bankrolling low-level terrorism and piracy.
Gee, I hope whatever they use to treat him was never tested on animals!

LOL! I had a great uncle, a Catholic priest, who passed away several years ago at age 93. He had been a missionary in the 1940’s and 50’s and had picked up a tobacco chewing habit while overseas. When he passed away New York State listed “tobacco use” as a contributing cause of death!
He had a pirate ship named after him (I assume he donated or financed it). I hope the Jap whalers sink it!
