Who Dares To Be the Next Democrat Defection on Obamacare Repeal?

The campaign to repeal Obamacare took a crucial step forward yesterday.

Gene Taylor of Mississippi signed Discharge Petition #11 to force a vote on an outright repeal of Obamacare. He is the first of the 34 Democrats who voted against Obamacare to break ranks with Nancy Pelosi and support repeal.

.........................................................

Self-proclaimed "independent" Democrats are falling all over themselves trying to separate themselves from Nancy Pelosi, but on something as central as Obamacare, which 34 of them opposed, only one Democrat [thus far] is willing to choose principle over party.

............................................................

Call their office[s] and ask them: Democrat Gene Taylor showed his idependence and signed Discharge Petition #11 to repeal Obamacare - why not you?

There may have been 34 House Dems who voted "No" on Obamacare, but many if not most of them could have gone the other way if they didn't get permission from Pelosi, who knew that even without the defections she had enough votes to pass the monstrosity.

Ping!!!

I'm afraid that this discharge petition doesn't stand a chance until a GOP majority takes over the House in January.

Gene Taylor is a good man.
My best friend lives in Taylor's district and tells me, if Taylor say something, you can take it to the bank. My friend disagrees with Taylor politically but admires him as a honorable man.
Nuff Said.
