Rove Attack, NRSC Refusal, Will Aid O'Donnell
American Spectator ^ | 9-14-10 | Jeffrey Lord

Posted on 09/15/2010 12:08:33 AM PDT by STARWISE

It was an amazing bit of television. Almost instant(ly) followed by an amazing bit of scoop.

*snip*

The normally rational and analytical Mr. Rove had vanished. In his place was someone who looked like Karl Rove, sounded like Karl Rove…but spoke like the last guy out of the hoped-for-victory-party of the landslide losing candidate for Register of Deeds in NoPlaceville, Texas.

What on earth was Rove thinking? He was bitter, angry, cutting, demeaning, mean-spirited…and those were the nice things he had to say about O'Donnell.

The author's wondering if the GOP is suicidal. Rove's too smart for it not to have been calculated. What's is his goal ?

It was shocking. It had me yelling at the TV while Rove was on. Digusting.

First Spectator comment:

“Mike K| 9.14.10 @ 11:42PM

Seeing Karl Rove on Sean Hannity ticked me off so much, I just went to Christine’s website and sent her $25.00. She is exactly what we need to send to Washington to represent the people’s interest. GO CHRISTINE!!!!!!!!”

It appears the battle lines are drawn.

On one side, are Democrats and Republicans.

On the other side, is the Tea Party -- the American people

Looks like there wasn’t enough time for Rove to tell Castle to do a push poll about O’Donnell getting pregnant by some black boyfriend and having an abortion.

Well...

Does it hurt or help? Bush and Obama — saw a bumper sticker today that had both their pictures on it and said “Same Sh**, Different Piles”!

Being looked on as an outsider in this political environment helps with independents — that squishy middle of American politics that’s had it with BOTH parties.

RNC not helping might also help that outsider attack.

What’s is his goal ?

To protect the “Rainbow Coalition” GOP MACHINE that he and Bush built.

However, it’s crumbling

I’m just as mad right now at the GOP as I am the Rats.

Rove needs his ass kicked up between his shoulder blades. He DOES NOT GET IT. He is part of the “establishment” now.

This whole Delaware thing was just the icing on the cake after Alaska, Florida, and all the rest where a conservative won a primary and the GOP Washington power base ran to thwart the outcome. Dis-damn-gusting......

Pres. Bush and -0 couldn’t be further apart in
terms of

character, maturity, priorities, integrity, love
of country, and sacred devotion to the #1 Potus
duty:

protector and guardian of the country’s safety.

He is part of the “establishment” now.

He’s always been a con man. He exposed himself tonight as the con man he is.

As far as I am concerned, Rove sleeps with the fishes (rhetorically speaking, of course.)

I don’t get it, she beats the “shoe-in” candidate and she’s unelectable? If she can beat Castle who would have beat the bearded communist who is just as radical as Castle, even the conservative i.e. non-communist Dems will vote for her.

Whenever a Bushie or other Country Club Republican does something inexplicable nowadays, there's usually one explanation: Mitt Romney.

Carl Rove jumps the Shark. Finally we see how this master of manipulation engineered Bush's decline and fall by advising him to back Spectre and the like and to let the Democrats demonize him continuously.

Rove has sided with the Rino forces and has been completely tone deaf to the rise of the Tea Party movement.

Well, pundit he may be, but no one is listening anymore to this pathetic loser.

Has Mike Castle talked with the Libertarians yet? Or will he do a write-in campaign?

Who can predict the future? No one.

She may win, she may lose.

However, one fact is clear. RINO’s will lose in contested Primaries.

Why did Rush let Rove do his show? He seems like a calculating socialist working to bring the fabian socialist agenda to the rubes in Texas all this time.
