OK, for a BETTER eye witness report ... Do they have air to air missiles on their hard points; ie are there Sidewinders near the wing tips and larger missile along the center line area or mid-wing?
If they only have drop tanks or are really clean, they are likely up for show.

No joke. In GWI, we were forward and WAITING. We knew it was ON when two F-15 came over at tree top -— and we basically heard them after they were gone.
