Soros Watch: $45 million to sabotage America’s judiciary
Michelle Malkin ^ | September 9, 2010 | Michelle Malkin

The American Justice Partnership revealed the details today:

Over the past 10 years, a highly-coordinated, well-funded campaign has been underway to fundamentally alter the composition of America’s state courts. The campaign’s goal: exclude conservative, rule-of-law judges from the bench. This campaign has been bankrolled by George Soros, a hedge fund operator with a net worth of $13 billion, according to the Forbes 400 list of the world’s richest people.

This multi-million dollar campaign to reshape our courts encompasses efforts to revise state constitutions, rewrite judicial recusal rules, abolish democratic judicial elections, and impose a judicial selection system that will transfer power from the people to a small, unelected and unaccountable commission comprised primarily of legal elites, typically representing powerful special interest groups, such as state trial lawyers associations.

We cannot take this lying down. Your right to vote is at stake.

One really can smell George Soros across the nation's landscape. The really suspicious thing is the major Media refuses to. Why?

George the SonderKommando doesn't deserve to live in the land of the Free and the Home of the Brave.

Much less get to fundamentally alter it to conform to his nightmare world.

He's wanted in Europe on trading charges...time to let the extradition treaties kick in.

Bye Georgie.

As David Horowitz and Richard Poe point out in The Shadow Party, escaping the Holocaust by assimilating with the Nazis was “an option unacceptable to most and, in practice, open to only a few.” (p. 83) Most Jews caught in Nazi peril preferred to save their souls at the expense of their earthly lives; Tivadar and George Soros evidently accepted an alternative Faustian bargain.

Most would expect George Soros to have been traumatized by the horrors to which he was exposed during the War. Astonishingly, he would later recount to his biographer that the years 1944-1946 were “the most exciting time of my life.” (Kaufman; p. 48) How could this possibly be? A seventy-year old Soros explains:

http://www.americanthinker.com/2007/10/the_religious_quest_of_george.html

The lessons George Soros learned in WWII were simple and crude. He saw his father’s (and his own) law-of-the-jungle morality conquer both the Nazis and death, all the while observing that obeying God’s laws caused his fellow Jews to perish — ignominiously, he must have felt. An aging George Soros, to this very day, feels no guilt (interview with Steve Kroft; Sixty Minutes; December, 1998) regarding his own complicity in the Nazis’ crimes against humanity, however small it may have been and young though he was. He finds no place among those Holocaust survivors blaming themselves for the deaths of others.

This lack of guilt simply confirms to me that he is a man without any conscience or the necessary morals upon which to build one. He made his Faustian bargain early in life, and shows no signs of regret.

He took advantage of the generosity of relatives who took him in, but instead of being thankful he despises them for not being more generous. He easily acquired part-time jobs and gained admission to a university. Again, no gratitude. Only bitterness that the jobs were less than he felt he deserved and the school was not his first choice.

He got his first chance when he was finally admitted to the Fabian Socialist London School of Economics in 1949. He had been a little down, but he wasn’t out. Still empowered by his narrow escapes from the Nazis and the Soviets, he was perfectly poised at the threshold of revelation, and he indeed got one. Not from God, but from another atheist, Karl Popper. Writing for the Atlantic Monthly in “The Capitalist Threat,” Soros says that Popper’s analysis of the “Open Society” “struck me with the force of revelation.”

Writing for the Atlantic Monthly in 1997, Soros explained his “visionary” Open Society and its values:

FWIW (comment at link)

sbenard says:

PERO: George Soros vs. judicial elections : 2010-09-10

Freedom has never been at such grave risk in America. Soros is probably is greatest threat!

I have met, face to face, a man whose grandfather is one of the wealthiest men in the world, and a very close associate of Soros. This man whom I met was given a trust fund at the age of 21 of $400 million, and his grandfather has added to it since. He told me that his grandfather, working with Soros and others, has the following objectives:
1) Destroy the US Dollar, and with it the US economy.
2) Destroy the US Constitution. They see the Constitution as their greatest obstacle to:
3) To establish a global plutocratic dictatorship under their control. The Constitution inhibits this because it provide individual rights and freedom rather than collective or state-controlled rights.
4) Their primary means to accomplish these objectives is DEBT!

Soros is a self-avowed atheist. However, my associate has told me that they (Soros, his grandfather) practice, in secret, a religion called Luciferianism. No wonder Saul Alinsky dedicated his book to Lucifer; he and his friends literally worship him as god!

I think that’s pocket money compared to what he’s gonna spend on a third party candidate for POTUS in 2012 attempting to give Baraq a Clintonian plurality win.

Covert Operations

The billionaire brothers who are waging a war against Obama.

http://www.newyorker.com/reporting/2010/08/30/100830fa_fact_mayer

One dignitary was conspicuously absent from the gala: the event’s third honorary co-chair, Michelle Obama. Her office said that a scheduling conflict had prevented her from attending. Yet had the First Lady shared the stage with Koch it might have created an awkward tableau. In Washington, Koch is best known as part of a family that has repeatedly funded stealth attacks on the federal government, and on the Obama Administration in particular.

With his brother Charles, who is seventy-four, David Koch owns virtually all of Koch Industries, a conglomerate, headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, whose annual revenues are estimated to be a hundred billion dollars. The company has grown spectacularly since their father, Fred, died, in 1967, and the brothers took charge. The Kochs operate oil refineries in Alaska, Texas, and Minnesota, and control some four thousand miles of pipeline. Koch Industries owns Brawny paper towels, Dixie cups, Georgia-Pacific lumber, Stainmaster carpet, and Lycra, among other products. Forbes ranks it as the second-largest private company in the country, after Cargill, and its consistent profitability has made David and Charles Koch—who, years ago, bought out two other brothers—among the richest men in America. Their combined fortune of thirty-five billion dollars is exceeded only by those of Bill Gates and Warren Buffett.

The Kochs are longtime libertarians who believe in drastically lower personal and corporate taxes, minimal social services for the needy, and much less oversight of industry—especially environmental regulation.

******

According to the New Yorker...George Soros’ money good, Koch brother’s money bad for politics. Hypocrites.

The judicial branch is out of control and has destroyed the separation of powers. This is something Americans are going to have to fix once we take our country and government back. Many of these so-called “judges” are going to have to be charged and thrown in jail.
