I long ago determined the jokes about the people at the DMV line or other such agencies were not jokes.
Quinn and Rose occasionally air a bit they call, "They Walk Among Us".
There really is an almost overpowering number of a compilation of innocently stupid and evil people that actually have power and authority to do such things as .. show Barbarella in prison.
That's true and don't ask how I know ... suffice it to be .. that was in 1969 ...
They've been at it a long time.
That's why we sometimes bang our heads against the wall in disbelief.

I'm waiting for stupidity to become a protected disability. To be honest, it already, effectively, is, with it being subsidized through financial aid and other support for young single mothers.
And god forbid you call some child "stupid," as it may scar them forever, tarnishing their self-esteem.
No, I'm waiting for that EEOC lawsuit that challenges a firing, or even a lack of promotion because the person was unfairly punished for being stupid.
Pretty sure it's already happened, but I'm just waiting for some honesty.
