Leading Democrats rolled out their strategy for countering Republicans in the November elections yesterday and it appeared to be equal parts fear and ridicule.
Democratic National Committee Chairman Tim Kaine journeyed to Philadelphia to participate in a pep rally with Pennsylvania Governor Ed Rendell, himself a former DNC chair. The event featured the two men trying out their attack lines for the fall elections.
Mr. Rendell said the Republican Party was being taken over by "fruit loops" who question whether President Obama is a U.S. citizen, claim the jobless prefer unemployment checks to a paycheck, and want to change the Constitution to bar people from being granted automatic citizenship if they're born in the U.S.
"It's the party that's slowly but surely being taken over by wackos. They're nuts. They're flat-out crazy," Mr. Rendell told the crowd. "We're going to turn the reins of Congress over to the people who are more and more dominated by the wacko wing? Of course not. So we have a lot to sell. We haven't done a good job selling it."

It isn't that "we" are stupid. But the fact remains too many others are. I've flushed better things down the toilet than leftests and thier supporters.

In PA, Pat Toomey has hung Joe Sestak’s liberal voting record around his neck and is kicking Joe’s boney butt up and down the PA Turnpike with it!
Sestak has recently come back with an ad of his own, accusing Toomey of saying that corporations should not pay taxes, which is a blatant LIE.....but, what else is new?
What Toomey REALLY said is that corporations DO NOT pay taxes. Anyone with half a brain KNOWS that. Corporations don’t pay taxes. They pass every cent of their taxes on to the consumers of their products. So when Obummer raises taxes on those damn rich corporations, he’s really raising taxes on the consumer, the forgotten man in America!
Loved the roast. Ended up watching a half hour of youtubes of Reagan telling jokes.
Why let logic get in your way? Obama and his wife are living the high life at our expense. No reason for them to care.
