Snips from Excerpt only website: After spending almost three months in federal custody, a West Toledo man facing charges of aiding a terrorist organization and engaging in several fraudulent schemes will be released from custody and placed on house arrest.
The couple are charged in a 36-page indictment filed June 7. In the indictment are six charges alleging that the couple “did knowingly combine, conspire, and agree” to aid the terrorist group Hezbollah.
The first count of the indictment consists of 30 pages and charges that the couple engaged in activity from Aug. 30, 2009, to the present that helped send money and supplies to a foreign terrorist organization.
