No? In order to destroy America (which I do not think he is intending on doing), weaken yes, destroy...not yet, he must first follow through on a plan. The plan must be methodical and precise to lull all of us into a lethargic nanny-state. This is goal number one. The problem seems to be with his foreign policy as well.
