The New York imam behind the Ground Zero mosque has struck a partnership with the founder of the so-called 9/11 mosque in the Washington suburbs that gave aid and comfort to some of the 9/11 hijackers, WND has learned.
Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf counts the lead trustee of the Dar al-Hijrah Islamic Center among partners in his Cordoba Initiative, which features a 13-story mosque and a "cultural center" for his project to bring shariah, or Islamic law, to America.
Families of 9/11 victims oppose construction of the proposed site so close to Ground Zero.
Jamal Barzinji, one of the founders of the radical Muslim Brotherhood in America, also founded Dar al-Hijrah in Falls Church, Va., which is run by the pro-jihad Brotherhood. The mosque has been tied to numerous terrorism plots, including the 9/11 attacks.

The mosque at ground zero is following a tried and true pattern going back 13 centuries.
The Muslims have always built a mosque at the most revered site of the land they conquered. For example there are dozens of mosques in India built at the exact site where a temple stood before. They even used the decorative stones such as marble from the pillaged and destroyed temple. It was their way of rubbing the noses of the conquered people in the dirt.
The Muslim invasion of India began in the 8th century and ended in the 17th century with a military defeat of the Muslim emperor by a Hindu warlord and stopped further destruction of Hindu temples.
The proposed mosque at ground zero is nothing but a monument for successful attack on the heart of American capitalism on 911. As every one knows there is no Muslim population living near ground zero.
The proposed mosque is no way an attempt to spread peace and understanding about Islam. How can it be when 70% of people and almost all 911 victims are against it?
The only people supporting this mosque are the America haters. This ISN’T about “freedom of religion”, “tolerance” or “zoning” as Nazi Polizei believes. I have a problem with this statement. According to Daniel Pipes there are probably about 2 million muslims in the us. I would think that only a percentage are eligible to vote due to age (I'm sure citizenship will not deter them). It is definitely something to watch for and countered and could be a major problem in states like Michigan in 20 yrs but not the US as a whole.

The new Barack Obama administration evinced similar support. During the presidential campaign, the Obama team appointed Mazen Asbahi as its Muslim outreach coordinator, although Asbahi had extensive contacts with Brotherhood organizations and was even head of the Muslim Student Association, which was founded by people with ties to the Munich mosque that played host to radicals including planners of the 9/11 attacks. This information was either disregarded or missed when Asbahi was vetted during the campaign. He resigned in 2008 only when the facts, dug up by an online newsletter focused on the Muslim Brotherhood, were published in a national newspaper.
In power, the Obama administration has continued its predecessor’s endorsement of Islamists. In January 2009, for example, the State Department sponsored a visit of German Muslim leaders to one of the bastions of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States, the International Institute of Islamic Thought (IIIT). The German visitors were key government officials in charge of integration or recruitment of minorities into the police. One of the briefers was Jamal Barzinji, one of the triumvirate who set up a number of key Brotherhood-inspired structures in the United States.
Like many Brotherhood-related groups, IIIT faded from public view after the 9/11 attacks but has experienced a renaissance recently. IIIT had been closely associated with a raft of Islamist organizations in northern Virginia that were raided by federal agents because of their suspected ties to extremist Islam. As elsewhere, this action followed a familiar pattern. The groups in question, including IIIT, were primarily problematic for ideological reasons — for trying to push the Brotherhood’s vision of an Islamicized society, which clearly cannot work in a pluralistic culture.
But instead of being challenged on the field of ideas, where they could easily be shown to hold beliefs antithetical to democratic ideals, they were accused of supporting criminal activities and were raided. This had a double effect: It created the strange spectacle of the legal arm of the government trying desperately to prosecute these groups while, at the same time, the diplomatic arm held them up as models of integration. The failure to convict the Muslims was seen as an exoneration, almost a seal of approval.

I’ve been following Wahid Mahid, Obamas college buddy, he’s now on the board of the DOD business. Wahid and Hillary have started a Foundation for Pakistan. His career history is very interesting to say the least. He was at the Ramadan dinner twice, plays golf with Obama and who knows what else he’s up to in the DOD.

Most people do not recognize that what happens in a mosque is sedition. Pure and simple. Islam is not just a “religion”, it is a cult. Larger than that though, it is a political system, it is it’s own government, a economic system (which includes funding new mosque construction), its judicial...all wrapped up in the word sharia. This is inclusive of its military (jihadis) all rolled into one with one intent ...and that is to rule wherever they take root. It is a invasive, systemic infection looking to take over the host once it has quantum.
This is not just a “religion”, but something that cloaks itself in those terms so it should not be given the same treatment contemplated under the first amendment. The Korans Sharia rules are to consume whatever government there is wherever it goes.
Islam is political, and it’s goal is to supplant and replace. Globally.

It’s worse. “Cordoba House,” aka the 9/11 Victory Mosque, is going to be the headquarters of something called the “Sharia Index Project,” which is an index of how closely a country or countries adhere to sharia. So they’re essentially seeing this mosque as their main administrative headquarters, from which they will monitor and enforce our compliance.
