Well, later variants than that one (assuming the identification as a PF/PFM is right) are still being used by many countries to this day and into the future. I know that some were being sold even a few years ago, and India will continue using MiG-21 Bison for perhaps another decade or nearly so. In fact,
Israeli upgrades are being marketed, and the Russians claim that their upgraded version is better than the F-16 head-to-head (yeah, an F-16A, perhaps :-).
But yes, if it is a PF/PFM, it's one of the earlier variants, dating from the early-mid 1960s.
