There is a term which you may have seen or heard mentioned in the news, the blogosphere or on talk radio lately that you should know more about: Shariah. (Sometimes spelled Sharia or Shari’a, as well as some other variations.)

I hope that all of USA realizes that Shari’a law completely replaces the Constitution and Judeo-Christian ethics.
I hope that all of the USA realizes that the clown that got voted into, and continues to destroy, the White House actually wants Sharia law.
Oklahoma has put a similar initiative on the ballot. More states need to follow suit.
Good that they’re doing it. Not so good that the courts need to be reminded that their own laws trump foreign law.

Maybe religious freedom should be changed to peaceful religious freedom.
I personally don’t believe Islam is a religion but if it by definition falls into that category we need a new definition.
How about this? Religion is something that promotes well being and doesn’t result in beheadings or death by stonings.
This would effectively include all of the world’s real religions and not include Satan’s little veiled trick called Islam!
Sharia law needs to be outlawed via amendment Now!

Muslims argue that two consenting parties can agree to certain rules that will operate between them. But they cannot use the Courts to enforce those rules in all cases.
In real estate, many tried to put restrictive covenants prohibiting the sale of the land to some minority, like blacks or Jews. The reason the court found the right to through those provisions out between two consenting parties was that they cannot enforce them by using the courts.
When a Muslim seeks to enforce his religious rights in our courts, we should similarly say that you cannot use our courts to promote your agenda.
We have got several things we never wanted over the last 2 years. A mosque near Ground Zero and Shariah Law is next. Were being sold out and the fix is in.
