I like your stuff Jeff, but you overestimate Palin.
I don’t think I do. A lot of people were syaing EXACTLY the same type of things about Reagan in 1979 and 1980...I remember it well. They thought he was “just an actor” and he proved them all wrong. I believe Palin will do the same if given the chance...and I hope she gets it.
I think the one person that can unite everyone is Thune. He appeals to everyone, the social cons, the fiscal cons, 2nd amnedment cons, etc.
He is good looking, well spoken, smart, articulate, not divisive, not polarizing, and scares the crap out of the DNC.
I love Sarah and will do whatever I can to help her if she runs, and my heart is 1000000% with Sarah, but my head tells me Thune is our guy for 2012 victory w christie as the No. 2.
