Sarah Palin may be a popular pick for Republicans in 2012, but the former Alaska Gov. is staying cagey on her presidential plans.
"I've never committed to running for president," Palin said on Fox News Sunday. "That's not where my focus is."
Instead, Palin says she is devoting her attention to getting Republicans back in office this fall.

The Republican Congress delivered the balanced budgets. The last Democrat Congress and Bill Clinton published a Budget Forecast in 1994. They projected $200 billion budget deficits for the rest of the 1990s. Bill Clinton had nothing at all to do with balancing the budget. In fact, he vetoed a number of spending bills demanding MORE social spending. It was the Republican who came up with the money by cutting other funding to meet Bill Clinton spending demands.

One of the favorite tactics by the 2 dozen or so RINOS here is to mock you, me, and Pissant as “ 1% ers “. Of course, the 1%ers referrs to Duncan Hunter Conservatives, and those of us who wanted Duncan Hunter for President. It is one of the dirtiest and shabbiest of RINO tricks, and is literally hundred of times in the past year....particularly again Pissant, MKjessup and myself.
For the record, Duncan Hunter is one of the finest men I ever met. An American conservative patriot through and through! We had nobody running in 08 fit to shine his shoes. I had never seen suck an aggregation of RINO losers in my life as we had in 08. We had better not allow this to happen again!!

You must not be familiar with her path from the Wasilla City Council to the office of Governor. Her 'quitting on the State' was done partly FOR the State, so the business of the State wouldn't be sidetracked by all the frap being thrown at her by Obama operatives in AK. Those ethics charges didn't even start until after she'd been nominated to the Veep slot. Have you noticed that when she left the office, the charges against the office of the Governor went away, as well?
She was tired of the attempts at personally bankrupting her family, and those of her staff members, who were beginning to be harassed, themselves. She wasn't even able to set up a Defense Fund, without it also being challenged in court. So resigning was really her only option. And for those who claim that she wouldn't be able to 'stand the heat' of the Presidency, because those same people would be coming after her, the rules of Defense Funds are different at the national level, apparently, because all Presidents have them, at some time, or the other, so that personal bankruptcy problem is not applicable.
Her political enemies were hoping that, having run her out of office, they would silence her, as well. It hasn't happened quite that way, to their chagrin. As her Dad said, upon her resignation, "Sarah's not retreating, she's reloading", and she's certainly plowed back into politics with a vengeance!
Like I said, pissant, your political advice is worthless. Any guy who compares Palin supporters to Jonestown is a real jackass who has no understanding of how to build coalitions.

I never said YOU attacked Hunter. IIRC you never have stooped to that. But there are about 2 dozen sick twisted RINOS here(there were about 3 dozen, but Jim Rob zotted them in the past 2 months). For the record, I disagree with Pissant that Hunter should run for POTUS again, although he would make a fine VP. Hunter has great attributes, but lacks the infernal “charisma” too many dumbass Americans seem to crave.
