Yes, Virginia!

Law: A judge will let proceed a Virginia suit to declare ObamaCare unconstitutional while the state's attorney general says police can check immigration status a la the Arizona law. Somewhere Patrick Henry is smiling.

ObamaCare is unconstitutional, and Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli knows it. He also knows our unsecure borders and a stealth amnesty program pushed by this administration threaten citizens as far north as Richmond. That's why he's taken action in both areas, leading the states that formed a group in revolt against it.

Cuccinelli has issued a legal opinion that says Virginia police are allowed under the law to check the immigration status of those encountered in the course of normal police work. "It is my opinion that Virginia law enforcement officers, including conservation officers may, like Arizona police officers, inquire into the immigration status of persons stopped or arrested," he wrote.

Cucinelli is having a great week.

He just handed down an AG opinion regarding police stops with illegals in Virginia.

The Old Dominion has some solid conservatives in charge these days.

The GOP needs more real conservative Republicans like Ken Cuccinelli and fewer RINO vermin like McCain, Graham-nesty, Crist, Jeb Bush, Connie Mack and Rubio.

IBD (Investors Business Daily) and the Wall Street Journal need to keep expanding their coverage nationally .... They would replace the inept NYTimes and WashPo.

Here is a method to stir the ire of your next liberal encounter: If, they are in favor of Obamacare, then, ask them if they know that they are promoting SLAVERY! (13th Amendment). why? If, the federal government is compelling you to a certain set of actions, with monetary, financial, and liberties threatened, i.e., fines, forfeitures by seizure, or jail, then, has the federal government acted in direct opposition to the 13th Amendment, which abolished slavery and involuntary servitude?

In my opinion, this bill has nothing to do with anyone’s health. It’s about absolute and ruthless power. It is DeathCare and many will die as a result of it. It is a premeditated plan of genocide. The Hussein/Pelosi/Reid Death Panels will pick and choose who lives and who dies based on “government” criteria. Anyone that is not “one of them” is expendable. Sound familiar? DeathCare and AuschwitzCare are more suitable descriptions, in my opinion, with the same outcome.

One can envision a New South stretching in an inverse arc from Virginia....through the old south to Texas, Ariz and the Mountain West.

New Mexico is in the way and will have to be converted via other means. Washington has potential, Oregon and California are lost.

They would have to be isolated from the new Republic...and eventually, absorbed.

Once north of the Potomac and east of somewhere in the mid-west, we'll just have to write 'em off.

Saw our doctor yesterday for our 6 month renewal of our meds and necessary blood work. Said he will NO LONGER BE SEEING MEDICARE PATIENTS after the first of the year, due to NAZI CARE! To many hoops, to much required spying on patients (BMI etc), electronic records to costly (would need a new expensive computer system). To little reimbursement. He's only seeing Medicare patients 1 day a week now.

One does not call fellow FReepers “dimwits”, and YES, California is lost, along with many other states.
