The August issue of the American Rifleman reports that Senator Lautenberg (D-NJ), Rep. Peter King (R-NY) and Mayor Michael Bloomberg are promoting legislation under which nameless Federal bureaucrats can place any citizen's name on a "terrorist watchlist," after which it would be illegal for said citizen to buy or possess firearms. Secret courts, Star Chambers ("Court sessions were held in secret, with no indictments, no right of appeal, no juries, and no witnesses"), and bills of attainder are illegal and unconstitutional in this country so, should this law ever go into effect, we will simply not enforce it if we are selected for jury duty. This attack on the Constitution by de facto albeit not de jure domestic enemies of the United States Lautenberg, Bloomberg, and King, along with Eric Holder's apparent decision that there shall be one U.S. Code for ordinary citizens and another U.S. Code for Barack Obama and New Black Panthers who display weapons outside of polling places, makes it imperative to educate every citizen on the power he or she actually has over the government.

...Contrary to what the judge will tell you if you are ever called for jury duty, you do NOT have to obey the judge's instructions or even the written law to convict a defendant of anything. The only thing you cannot do is convict somebody in defiance of the law, e.g. because you dislike the person or think he is guilty of "something." Applications of jury nullification include laws with which you do not agree, and also laws you respect but are being enforced in a discriminatory manner.

The article adds that a Wilkes-Barre bar owner is being prosecuted for "transmitting wagering information using wire communications" which seems no different than what Organizing for America did with its Dinner with Barack lotteries. Eric Holder's Justice Department obviously has one U.S. Code for middle class bar owners and another for Eric Holder's boss, and this is something jurors need to keep in mind.

Regarding Lautenberg, it seems that New Jersey (the Garbage State) is America's sewer noting all the garbage that flows from it: Lautenberg, Corzine, Menendez (from the same Latin root as "mendacious?") and Torricelli.

Given little bammy's probable mental state after being "robbed" of controlling the three branches of government by communist agenda "democrats," it is quite logical to anticipate his thought process will "justify" ruling, not governing, via Executive Order.

Loosing a branch of government control due to the elections in November will, in his and other whacked commie dems thought process, be due to "racist voting. Therefore, they must "do the right thing" and "what is best."

This is exactly what he is doing right now with his researching amnesty for the illegals without congressional due process.

Frank Lautenberg is the slimiest of the slimy in the US Senate, or anywhere else for that matter. He is the one who wrote and championed the Domestic Abuse Gun Ban in 1997 (during the Clinton years of course) that ended the careers of many in law enforcement and the military; it said that if you had ANY conviction for ANY domestic abuse in your past -- no matter how far back -- you were thereupon deemed unfit to ever own a firearm of any kind -- forever.

If there ever were a more heinous law passed in this country, I'd like to know what it is.

If ever the time comes when "men" such as this are rounded up, tarred, feathered and hung out to dry, I hope I get my invitation in time to be at his.
