Insanity. The far left NRDC is the enemy of California and every human that lives here.

I know this lady. She’s a classic “watermelon” - green on the outside but red to the core. She came up through Mayor Tom Bradley’s administration in L.A. and then was appointed by Bubba to head EPA’s San Francisco office from 1993 to 2000. She lives to destroy free enterprise and private wealth (excepting that in the hands of her fellow would-be overlords). Arnold is screwing California big time with this appointment.

Felicia Marcus

Felicia Marcus is Western Director of the Natural Resources Defense Council, a nonprofit environmental action group with more than a million members, including some 350 lawyers, scientists, and other professionals dedicated to preserving the Earth’s natural systems. Ms. Marcus provides leadership and strategic guidance for NRDC’s staff and serves as an institutional and cross-media resource for political, media, and development across the western states.

Prior to joining NRDC, she was the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the Trust for Public Land, a national nonprofit devoted to land conservation. She also served as the regional administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency in the Clinton Administration, where she was known for bringing unlikely allies together to achieve environmental progress and for making the agency more responsive to the communities it serves, particularly Indian tribes, communities of color, and local government and business. Prior to her service with the EPA, Ms. Marcus headed the Los Angeles Department of Public Works, at a time when the city transitioned from facing multiple lawsuits to earning national awards for environmental excellence.

Ms. Marcus also has extensive experience as a public interest lawyer and community organizer in Los Angeles. She serves on many nonprofit boards including the Urban Habitat, the Natural Heritage Institute, and the Environmental Law Institute.
