El Rushbo is right, the regime acts more authoritarian with each passing day. The ignore reality and move forward with their plans to create their liberal utopia in the land of the free and the home of the brave. Unfortunatley for them, the tide is turning and hopefully most of the damage can be reversed before our country is harmed beyond repair.

In a sternly written opinion, EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson said

I thought "opinions" were things "judges" wrote, not something stated by a bureaucrat (political hack).

The epa was created by Nixon via executive order. President Palin MUST RESCEND THAT ORDER!

Got a letter today from URS/EPA OFFICAL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS..OPEN IMMEDIATELY.

They want my Denali to test, and perform maintenance and inspection, voluntarily.

They will provide me with a late-model loaner car, and $20 a day, or just $50 a day, or my vehicle returned with a full tank of fuel. (for l to 4 wks)

Anyone ever heard of this? Is this normal?

These petitions — based as they are on selectively edited, out-of-context data and a manufactured controversy

They are talking about the manufactured AGW "science"...Right?

Can’t wait until these little marxists have to deal with having their budgets cut in half next year! Lisa Jackson should be frog marched to capitol hill for investigative hearings into her handling of the oil spill too.

NOVEMBER IS COMING! TIME TO THROW THE COMMIES OUT!

In a sternly written opinion, EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson said she didn't agree with requests from the GOP attorneys general from Texas and Virginia, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and other conservative groups that questioned the underlying science linking humans to global warming and also warned of the potential economic burdens from new climate rules.

What ever happened to the EPA doing independent data gathering and analysis prior to implementing regulations?

That alone should be an issue for the courts. Never before has the EPA taken outside, out of their control, research for something this major.

THe US Senate had the opportunity to strip the EPA of the authority to regulate Carbon Dioxide as a pollutant, but they killed the Resolution by a vote of 53 against, 47 for.

Party line, of course, and the ticket to avoiding a vote on cap and tradew while getting the same results through bureaucratic means.

We might have one election left before we'd have to march on DC from the hinterlands because there would not be enough gas to drive.

Think of the tremendous amountof fuel that goes to raising the most fundamental grains in the US, and you get a picture of a cold, hungry future.

A little study of why Stalin was (and remains) unpopular with many Ukrainians might be in order...

of course they don’t want to give up control...
-that means losing power and money for the EPA.
