Cops don't know it there is a connection to the double murder. The perps could have gotten these heads anywhere.

“Police say officers have been told to be on alert.”
How many more thousands of murders have to occur before the Police Officers are put on “HIGH ALERT”!

Austin Powers: Not the time to lose one's head.
Vanessa Kensington: No.

Vanessa Kensington: No.
Austin Powers: It's a shame he wasn't more headstrong.
Vanessa Kensington: Hmm.
Austin Powers: He'll never be the head of a major corporation.
Vanessa Kensington: Okay, that'll do.
Austin Powers: Okay.

How can a head be decapitated? I would have called them "severed" and the corresponding bodies, "decapitated". Of course, I'm just a lowly engineer and not a highly qualified, university trained
journalist.

“
Mexican police found two human heads on top of buckets of ice.
Their bodies were found nearby with a message claiming that the men
were connected to a criminal gang.
“
This might be a good sign.
Average Jose-Mexicans are getting sick and tired of their sucky country.
And doing the real work of law enforcement.
But I ain’t gonna’ hold my breath to see if this is actually what
is happening.
When the Mexicans usually just make “a run for the border” when their
country sucks.
