Ha....now they can go after a Corp., extort them, then the records are hidden so nobody can find out whether the case was solid or not.
Increased powers with less transparency.....perfect for a statist regime.
To: Doogle
So they’re basically going to cover up who they’re bailing out.

FASCISM/COMMUNISM at it's finest. Corporations and big money are dictating our national policy and buying our elections - in other words - $$$ talks.

Frankly, I don't know why the government is even permitting us to see the content of the bills they pass any more.
I mean, if we are going to be like the CCCP, let's DO it.

That's okay, Zero and his fellow partisan thugs in Congress plan to get rid of the FIA.

Under a little-noticed provision of the recently passed financial-reform legislation, the Securities and Exchange Commission no longer has to comply with virtually all requests for information releases from the public, including those filed under the Freedom of Information Act. Notwithstanding which, the new Republican majority in the House of Representatives will get those SEC clowns in front of a full Committee of the House and proceed to pull their intestines out with grappling hooks and stretch them across the nearest Amtrak railroad tracks until these guys remember what Congress has the power and right to know.
