IMPORTANT COMMITTEEMAN NOTICE Action required!
Alert! The NYS Board of Elections is rejecting our Committeeman Petitions across the state.
Many of us that have received acknowledgment of our petitions as County Committeemen and confirmed that we would be on the ballot are now receiving letters rescinding the previous notice and stating that there is no such party position to be filled.
I am convinced that the reason for this is because they have realized that we have succeeded in taking over the New York State Republican Party. These criminals are doing the only thing they can and know how to do, and that is to break the law in order to maintain power and keep the People under their thumb.
This resistance is not a surprise to us, we always knew that they would not give up power without a fight but it was hoped that we would stay under the radar long enough to get past September 14th and then would find ourselves engaged in this legal battle. Nevertheless the battle has been engaged and the battle cry is sounding so everybody into the battle.
I have watched this battle across the country over the past few months as people in other states doing what we are doing are fighting to take control of the political process as they file to become Committeemen. Now! The eyes of those in the know across the nation are on New York because they know that if we turn New York to embrace the 10th Amendment and take the Republican Party we will Take Back the Republic! We must succeed! We must never surrender!
NOW IS THE TIME to fight back. We are preparing to take legal action against the NYSBOE to force them to obey the law and put us on the ballot. I will be meeting with a lawyer this week and I will keep everyone informed through our on line venue. If you have not registered do so now, see instructions below.
Please do the following ASAP! Time is of the essence do not procrastinate.
1) Send by email (John@TakeBackTheRepublic.net) or fax (888-891-8977) any and all correspondence, now and future, from the BOE immediately.
2) Join our on line venue to keep informed, many have not yet joined and I perceive maybe because so many of us belong to too many on line groups and already receive too much mail. But it is imperative that we have a place to communicate we must all be informed and act in one accord so please join now > http://joinprimarychallenge.com/committeeman.htm and tell others that you know who have filed a petition to do the same. To join you must respond to the email you will receive after you fill out the form.
NOTE: If you have not filed a petition to become a committeeman and you want to join this group you must be sponsored by someone who has filed a committeeman petition and has already joined the group.
And remember if we turn New York we will turn the nation and save the republic. You must Act now!

So, is there or isn't there? Most of us know nothing about New York politics.
They’re having trouble in Monroe County, TN, that sounds like the same thing.....I don’t think it’s a conspiracy....it’s ACTUALLY happening.

Remember the Alamo!
cheers to you from Texas!
Can you shed any light on this? Isn’t this the wrong year for County Committee?
I am a NYS resident and have never heard of this position before.
have they been filled or is it just a position on the books?
Um, could it possibly be because in New York State committeeman positions for Republicans and Democrats are elected for two year terms in . . . odd numbered years?
Such as 2009 and 2011?
Just asking.
NY County, for Republicans, County Committee is elected every two years, during the odd year. These are filed with the NYC Board of Elections
Now why some county committee petitions are filed with Albany, could be because they cover more than one county.
If you go to the State Board of Elections for NY, certain offices, both public AND party are filed THERE instead of at the county board of election.
The issue at hand I am NOT too familiar with and may have to do additional research to give you a better response
Outside of NYC County Committee positions are filled in odd-numbered years, two per election district, petitions filed with the County Board of Elections.(Thats for Democrats and Republicans. Certified minor parties elect committeemen in even years).
So, file the right petitions in the right year in the right place with the right number of signatures and there should be no problem.
And when in doubt, consult an attorney versed in election law BEFORE starting out. Saves a lot of needless effort and expense.
