As long as the lawless public lands in these Counties continue to provide a relatively secure conduit for drugs and illegal aliens entering the United States, access to American public lands from the Mexican side will continue to be contested.
The criminal violence is already being felt on the Arizona side of the border. New Mexico is likewise evolving.
Until all Border Patrol and all Law Enforcement have free and unfettered access to the immediate Arizona border the criminal activity will likely continue to evolve on the United States side. This unfettered access must include all public lands within at least 25 miles of the Mexican border, particularly in Arizona and New Mexico.

Providing at least this 25 mile enforcement zone is the first step in discouraging the type of violence depicted in this video from migrating into and intensifying inside of the United States.
America cannot secure her southern border if her law enforcement officers cannot access that border.

I would guess that the language would also exclude Mexicans and OTM from access.

The Federal Government has by choice, abandoned the land. Squatters need to go in there, heavily armed, and claim the land back. Kinda like the old west. And you know what? Like the Alamo, American citizens of all ethnic groups would participate.
At which point the Feds would decide it was time to start exercising its authority again by arresting all the Americans they could catch there.

As you know too, it is the whole Arizona law wrapped up in a capsule. The Feds won’t enforce the law, but they don’t want anyone else enforcing it either. Stalemate.
Now it is here. And will get worse, unless all out war against it is declared.
And the idiot liberals of the East Coast laugh at Jan Brewer when she talks of this. They know nothing.
Sadly.....considering Bush even refused to do anything to secure our borders on 9/12 after the deaths of thousands of AMERICANS on AMERICAN soil....nothing will cause any President to drop the CFR/OBL agenda and secure our borders. Nothing.
