Just as books you can't judge people by their 'covers'. God bless this man and I hope that something good for comes of his act.

The man has more morals and much more class than our president.

And the homeless man is not an evil bastard, either.

God Bless him. He has more patriotism in his little finger than Obambi has in his entire body. Like you, I hope there are some real positives that flow from this selfless act.

I think back to an interview I saw sometime back when a serviceman in Iraq or Afganistan said something like “I would give my last drop of blood to keep those stripes red.”

I though that according to ‘Zero’ America stands for freedom only for the rich and propertied?

Compare the gallantry of that servicemen (and his fellows) with what we see manifested today by the corrupt morons in Washington.

I was just pointing ok how even a homeless man has a better grasp at what America Freedom means than ‘Bozo’ does.

Sickening that we have reached this crisis in America. The answer is to never ever let Dums and Rino’s get power AGAIN.

So many people in this country are reaping the benefits of it’s many blessings and abundance, and yet don’t appreciate the freedom and the sacrifices that that flag represents.
This man has almost nothing, yet he recognizes the one greatest thing that he DOES have - freedom.
God bless him. If only so many more had such integrity and decency. (hey Pelosi, Reid, Obama, etc - hint, hint!)

This is a man with at least some good in him which puts him way ahead of most of the politicians who have sworn to uphold the constitution.
This man may be a drunk or have some other addiction. He may be a mental defective of some sort. He does love our flag and I respect him for that.
