AMSTERDAM/JAKARTA (BosNewsLife)-- The Dutch far right Party for Freedom (PVV) says the Netherlands should demand that Indonesia improves protection of Christians amid reports that hard-line Muslims prepare for a religious war with that country's Christian minority.
In a petition, PVV-leader Geert Wilders and party representative Raymond de Roon ask the government to summon the ambassador of Indonesia and suggest that the Netherlands "freezes" cooperation with its former colony.
They wrote Dutch Foreign Minister Maxime to tell the Indonesian ambassador that "the Netherlands demands immediate action of the Indonesian government to protect the Christian minority in the city of Bekasi and other areas."

BEKASI, Indonesia — Days after rumors spread across this industrial city that Christians were conducting a mass baptism, hard-line Islamic leaders called for local mosques to create a youth guard to act as moral police and put a quick stop to forced conversions.They started training early Saturday morning, around 100 young men turning out in a field in Bekasi wearing martial arts uniforms. Leaders stressed that there was no plan to arm them, but they do not shy away from saying they'll act essentially as thugs.

And of course, silence from our pretender because he no doubt agrees with the violence against Christians.
Obama needs to be impeached, tried for treason and shipped to Gitmo to rot with his muslim buddies.

At least one Western politician has the balls to condemn anti-Christian violence in Indonesia. Unfortunately, Geert is in Holland. Double-unfortunately, the other major parties in the Dutch Parliament are trying hard to exclude Geert's party from the governing coalition (he's too "hateful", you see).
Every civilized country should also demand this from ALL islamic countries. The western nations should DEMAND that Saudi Arabia allow other religions in their country or we will outlaw islam. They say “you can’t preach Christianity” we say “You can’t preach islam”. If it were one loud collective voice it would make a dent. God bless Gert Wilders. I think in time he will attract much more support as the population wakes up a little bit each day.
One onther thing I noted in this article and that is that the muslims know islam is a crock and that it’s crumbling fast. They are deathly afraid of Christianity.
I think there are a lot of Muslims who would like to walk away from Islam, if they could do so in safety. The Islamic establishment doesn't want to lose the tithes(zakat) of the Islamic middle class, and the Islamic underclass which benefits from zakat is quick to use violence against anybody who would threaten their income.

Geert Wilders' party is not "mainstream" (although it won 24 seats in the 150-seat Parliament, coming in third and ahead of the old ruling party, the Christian Democrats) because he says "hateful" things about Islam and is "racist" for wanting to reduce Muslim immigration to Holland.
Geert's ideological predecessor in Holland, Pim Fortuyn was assassinated in 2002 over his anti-Islam stance. Geert has to live under tight security.
