I used to have a ‘66 GTO, and I sometimes managed to get 20+ MPG on the highway.

I also managed to get 10 MPG on the highway, too, if I was really getting after it.

Do some road racing in that new little fella; the cornering is world class....one thing to watch though - be careful in anything approaching high water; the sidemount engine is very susceptible to total ruin if it gets too wet.

It's a shame the guberment won't allow the diesel version to be imported. I wouldn't mind the 63mpg and being able to do all of the engine maintenance with the parts I've got in the shed.
