Last night Dear Reader decided to resurrect a Jimmy Carter era Progressive fantasy. The notion that we can ignore short term and intermediate term energy plans in order to cling to Green dogma that some magical new oil free energy system can be created overnight by Government dictate

In 1979 the Department of Energy was created by Jimmy Carter and a Democrat super majority Congress to end the US dependence on foreign sources of oil and transition us to “renewable energy sources”

Yet despite trillions of dollars spent and nothing at all accomplished, last night Dear Reader purposed to rededicate the US government to the same policies the Department of Energy was created to fix in 1979!

31 years of grotesque failure on Energy policy should be enough to penetrate even the welded shut minds of the Progressive Fascists running the Democrat Party
