WTF kind of people want democrats to retain control of Congress?
Is this all registered voters? Adults?
This poll includes non-voter dopers
People that aren’t even registered to vote no doubt.
Look, it is at the bottom of the article:
“The AP-GfK Poll involved landline and cell phone interviews with 1,044 randomly chosen adults and was conducted by GfK Roper Public Affairs & Corporate Communications from June 9 to 14. It has a margin of sampling error of plus or minus 4.3 percentage points.”
That is a pretty wide margin too.
I sometimes check out the comments on ABCNEWS.com to get a sense of the sentiments left of center Americans (conservatives goes to Foxnews.com and far left goes to MSNBC.com.) Looks like most people are really starting to hate BO.
The fact that they’re spinning this as “People what Democrats to retain control of Congress” means they’re starting to fear the next election.
The 23-year-old simply “knows” what his union teachers have propagandized him to believe.
This was a largely unscientific poll of randomly chosen “adults” - not registered voters, much less “likely voters”, and in any event fails to measure voter intensity on the issues. Safe to ignore.
People?
Not even ‘registered voters’
Yes, but there are almost 90 seats with Republican majority voters that have Democrat reps. It will be a challenge, but the mother's milk of money would make this very doable. A lot of entrenched Blue Dogs "could be" in the mud, come November.
I LOVE IT!!! Let the lower-echelon Dem voters be lulled into a sense of false security.....lower the feeling of the necessity to turn out and vote. This is good. Many stupid Dems will believe this and rest on their butts.
There are a lot of people that vote Republican but really consider themselves part of the Tea Party nowadays. Many/most Tea Party people disapprove of the Republicans which is why they are active in the Tea Party in the first place. So yeah, Republicans have a disadvantage on this thse sorts of poll questions now. It is amazing they actually stay competitive with Dems on the generic ballot at all.
Alvin Greene.
I hate when people write something down like you did but gave nothing from the prior post. How am I supposed to know what you are talking about when you write some sentence that does not have anything about what I was discussing.
Meanwhile, in the real world:
Battleground Poll: Democratic Losses Could Exceed 30 Seats
Generic Congressional Ballot: Republicans 46%, Democrats 36%

Generic Congressional Ballot: Republicans 46%, Democrats 36%
June 14, 2010 ^ | June 14, 2010 | Rasmussen
"Republican candidates now hold a 10-point lead over Democrats on the Generic Congressional Ballot for the week ending Sunday, June 13. That ties the GOP’s largest ever lead, first reached in April, since it first edged ahead of the Democrats a year ago."

I had to go back to my posts since you were so lazy....Who is this they you speak of. There was no “they” in my post. I did say I. Sorry you missed out on the stock market during that time....of course dealing with you in a short period of time like today explains a lot as to why you missed out. Sorry that you did not make any money in the 90’s....you certainly were one of the minority.
