Does he know he has men at his disposal that are in an agency of the government known as the National Guard?
I know this sounds like a silly question, but who would have guessed the guy hadn’t talked to the CEO of BP six weeks after the spill?
Bill Ayers, Reverend Wright, George Soros, sure..., but how about the head of the National Guard? Has he talked to that person since January 2009?
Do any U.S. citizens live in these 3 counties? If the federal government can’t do its most elementary job, this country is doomed.
One of the few legitimate purposes of fed gov is to protect the citizenry. One of the few legitimate purposes to use my tax money for.
One of the few “positive rights” (Obammie the Commie’s terminology) that the USC gives to the President: securing our borders.
He assumes dozens of other powers that the USC does not give him and EPICALLY FAILS to enforce the few that he does.

Governor Brewer should call up the militia to repel this invasion.
Limit the call-up to only veterans and require them to bring their own rifles and at least 100 rounds of ammunition each. The state will need to work out some kind of pay arrangement.
The Founders frowned on standing armies, but made provisions for each state to provide for its own defense. Arizona needs to invoke that age-old privilege.

I know its not quite a direct parallel but I am reminded of an order (General Order #11, 8/25/1863 by Gen. Ewing) for citizens to vacate 4 counties in Missouri because of the inability to control guerilla raids into Kansas.
I suspect it could be considered a precedent.
Don’t a few of those sounthern AZ counties have the missle silos?? Beisde the fact that it is US land some of which some Americans own, it would seem like those silo sites might be worth securing?
