June 15, 2010 MSNBC Trashes Obama's Address: Compared To Carter, "I Don't Sense Executive Command"
Chris Matthews, Keith Olbermann and Howard Fineman react to President Obama's Oval Office Address on the oil spill. Here are the highlights of what the trio said:
Matthews compared Obama to Carter.
Olbermann: "Nothing specific at all was said."
Matthews: "No direction."
Howard Fineman: "He wasn't specific enough."
Olbermann "I don't think he aimed low, I don't think he aimed at all. It's startling."
Howard Fineman: Obama should be acting like a "commander-in-chief."
Matthews: Ludicrous that he keeps saying [Secretary of Energy] Chu has a Nobel prize. "I'll barf if he does it one more time."
Matthews: "A lot of meritocracy, a lot of blue ribbon talk."
Matthews: "I don't sense executive command."

Oh yeah.
1. Obama`s MMS/Interior Dept. waved safety inspections.
2. Obama accepted the most in donations from BP.
3. Obama gave BP safety awards.
4. It`s in Federal waters, the CWA kicks in IF Obama wanted it too.
5. Refused to repeal the Jones Act.
6. Refused help from expert companies in other countries.
7. Refused to buy oil booms from a Maine company that has them stockpiled.
The visual of a desk free of a single thing on it was emblematic of his words and his brain.
