But I would rather see him in the White House now then Obama, wish more people had voted for McCain, who, believe me, was not my choice for president.

“It doesn’t matter how you phrase things. You can say, and you often do say this… you say that you never have been for amnesty meaning that you have a plan. What we are really worried about right now… is repeating the same old pattern, and that is what’s fixing to happen right now. If you don’t stand up… and if you are not willing to stand up, we’ll find somebody else that will.”

In response, McCain said the first step is to secure the border.

The little POS changed the subject. What a coward!!

McCain belongs in a camp....a FEDERAL camp

Donald Trump has perfected the Art of the Deal....and McLiar has perfected the Art of the Spin.

I'll take Trump.....at least with him a deal's a deal.

With McCain his deal with the voters will be aborted the minute he's sworn in again as a senator.

Welll, IF lord McCain would 'fight' BamBamKennedy and his liberal houses of lords with the same fiery passion he fought President Bush I agree. But this turkey has NO clue, nor apparently the ability to get a clue. I am beginning to wonder if he too has a host of teleprompter programmers he plugs into on any given 'issue'.

This old fool fought Reagan every chance he got too! He criticized Reagan over Libya. He’s a liar! McCain will use Reagan, Palin, Romney...anyone he can to get what he wants.

McCain actually said this just a few weeks ago.

“President Reagan granted amnesty to two million people and that was wrong,” McCain said.

This guy opposed Reagan too. At every position in life, McCain thought he was the smartest guy present. Unfortunately, his record reveals a different reality. MUCH DIFFERENT!

When referring to Reagan’s Presidency, John McCain said, “I was leading the charge for Conservatism during Reagan’s presidency.” Realizing what he had just said, he backtracked and stated he actually meant he was right there with Reagan on everything. Of course that was a lie too.

As for opposing Bush, we’ll yes there were times when he should have been opposed. Unfortunately, those were the times Johnny Boy was shoulder to shoulder with him.

The times he disagreed, he was either helping to lead the charge of the Left brigade, or he was venturing out on his own to help destroy support for things we actually should have been doing.

This is how John can always have it both ways. He can work to destroy us, while claiming to be our champion. Too bad some of us were watching the punk over the last twelve years.

Yeah, I fought against my own party, when it tried to do good things that is.

This man is a proud Ted Kennedy conservative.

secure the border

That is the same old canard [a deliberately misleading fabrication] politicans have used for years.

Note that they never say how.

Note that they never mean 'seal' the border and stop all illegal traffic.

Secure the border is a meaningless canard that sounds good but means nothing -- without the follow-up of how.

TRACK BACK - John McCain

Change rule barring immigrants from running for president?

Q: Should we change our Constitution to allow men like Mel Martinez, born in Cuba, and Arnold Schwarzenegger, born in Austria, to stand here some night as candidates for president?

McCAIN: He and I have many similar attributes, so I have to seriously consider it.

Source: 2007 GOP primary debate, at Reagan library, hosted by MSNBC May 3, 2007

MCCAin doesn’t even object to an illegal alien being president!

According to John McCain EVERYONE in the world should be able to come here.

Give everyone in the world an opportunity to come to America

“Those who live closest are the ones who can get here. Everyone in the world should have the opportunity through an orderly process to come to this country.”

Please boot this clown out once and for all, Arizona (along with his liberal wife and daugther). He doesn’t own that Senate seat, although he seems to think he does.

Absolutely. The more people whose eyes are opened, the better. Share it with all your family and friends, and every member of the public you can.

I just sent it to JD along with a small donation. If McLame ever debated JD this short line would be like a kick in the boys and wake up folks in AZ to the MAJOR differences between JD and the Maverick. I still am schooling folks on the fact that President Bush was no Conservative.

Thanks

McCain fought hard for the unconstitutional economy-killing TARP and the bailouts. He fought hard for the liberty killing, free speech suppressing, unconstitutional, incumbency protection act aka McCain-Feingold. He fought hard for AMNESTY. He joined the Democrats fighting against confirming GWB’s SCOTUS picks. He crossed the aisle and fought hard for “climate change” and will do all of the above plus even more damage to the causes of freedom and national security if he is reelected. The senile old warhorse needs to be sent out to pasture. Don’t allow him to die of old age in office like the Democrats do. This guy is waaaay past his prime.
