He either has the evidence or he doesn't. All this gnashing of teeth won't effect that. If he does, she's screwed. If he doesn't, he's screwed. So far what he released seems to be a teaser for what he claims he has to prove the affair, and to set up the timeline and motivation.

Everyone called his bluff, and he failed to deliver. Now it is coming out that he was trying to sell this story last year, and that the source of the rumor that stirred this up recently was B.J. Boling, who is currently working on the Barrett campaign.
He had nothing to sell last year, and he has nothing to sell now. He's not negotiating anything.
