You are putting way to much faith in Haley’s innocence at this point. There’s no sense in trying to spin it. Either has soemthing or he doesn’t. Everyone in the email chain certainly thinks he does.
IIRC, I thought he said he had exchanges from her and would release them later but maybe that's changed. The last thing I saw about the texts and emails was that Folks handed over a laptop to retrieve hard drive data and he requested records from the cell phone provider.
