Congressman: White House Job Offer to Sestak May Be an 'Impeachable' Offense

Rep. Joe Sestak's allegation that the White House offered him a job to drop out of the Pennsylvania Senate primary race against Arlen Specter is a crime that could lead to the impeachment of President Obama, Rep. Darrell Issa said.

But the decision by the Pennsylvania congressman not to elaborate on a so-called deal also could become a political problem as Sestak tries for the U.S. Senate seat.

Sell your old Senate seat to the highest bidder.

Bribe a Congressman with an offer to be Secretary of the Navy to quit a Senate race.

“We’ve investigated and found nothing unusual” - The Whitehose.

Well, ain’t that nice of ya! Nothing to see here, move along!

Don’t need that for impeachment and probably can get away with it for removal. Not that it will happen.

It's a rare occassion where the GOP played it smart. They let this dope Sestak toss this nugget out there casually to build his "outsider" case in the primary.

Once he won the nomination, only then did the GOP point out that he has accused the sitting president of the US and leader of his own party of major felony crimes.

Sestak's "forget I said anything" strategy is a bust! Dumbass!

Weich said a special prosecutor won't be needed because the Justice Department "has a long history of handling investigations of high level officials professionally and independently, without the need to appoint a special counsel."

Riiigghhtt! Holder and his DOJ have quite a history of not enforcing the law and stonewalling when questioned about it.

More motivation to take the house and senate. Keep the POS on the defense and unable complete his destruction.

Two things come to my mind.

1. Just like the Illinois Senate Seat for Sale fiasco, Barry O knows nothing of it, regardless how many times his name comes up in the investigation ( if there actually is one given the current Justice Department)

2. Do we really want Joe Biden as a president, or worse yet Nancy Pelosi?

“It’s not about what was done wrong. It’s about the cover up,” Issa told Fox News. “And right now, there’s a cover up going on at the White House 10 weeks after the allegation.”

The ‘cover up’ is what brought down Richard Nixon.

An impeachable offense is whatever a majority of the House and two thirds of the Senate say it is. So. Maybe in 2011, if enough Donks in the Senate feel the gale on their wet fingertips and defect.

Obama is unimpeachable. The Democrats have finally mastered their ability to maintain power through corruption and organized mass deception.

Fortunately, it doesn't matter, since the only proponent of Scottish law is leaving the Senate soon (though not voluntarily).

unless we can impeach before January...then again, better to wait till next January on that point...we might even have a shot at removal by then!

Ironically it's because of that same senator that this whole situation has come about.

Even if it does happen, it is not going to be as interesting as Big Bill and Monica show.

That one was so interesting that I actually went out and got satellite TV installed at my rural house. The show was great, but the ending sucked (oops).
