I agree the sizing may be off, but that could have been for the cleavage benefit. If you ain't got it you really can't just force it up there but I'm guessing if this was not BO’s wife, this over-the-top ‘dressing’ down wouldn't be happening.

I thought it looked weird, pushing up her underarms. It did not fit correctly. No, I don’t like her politics, but I can admit it when a woman is dressed nicely. You said exactly what I was thinking. What was up with the stuff pushing up under her arm and out of her dress? It looked very unnatural.
I have seen her dressed very beautifully - though I don't like her personally - and she's pulled it off nicely.

I’m not a fashion maven or anything, but the material used in the dress looks odd. The sheen makes me think vinyl sheeting instead of chiffon and lamè, to be honest. Maybe silk might have worked better?
