The ACLU, MALDEF, SEIU, UFCW, NAACP, and other groups today filed a lawsuit seeking to block Arizona's new immigration law. You can get a PDF with the complaint here and links with my past coverage of the groups involved is at the Read More link below.
Needless to say, this could tie the law up for a long time, so it's important to take effective action. If you'd like to do something about this:
1. Find legal scholars to weigh in on the complaint and find holes in their claims.
2. Point out to *those groups' current or potential supporters* why the ACLU and the other groups are doing this: the law would cost them money (in the case of the SEIU, union dues) and power.
3. Point out what apparently few others know: the ACLU is directly collaborating with the Mexican government. Call the first word in their name into question.

If there is a provable mexican connection then the ACLU should be forced to register as an agent of a foreign power. This will neuter some of their lawyer fee claims.
My heart breaks for what the people of Arizona are going through... not only are they being attacked from outside but also from within.

You bet. This is the actual bootheel of the establishment. These groups have unlimited money and instant access to the judges and courts they wish. Do you believe you or I could announce that we were mad and suing some aspect of government and it would suddenly race around the country's newswires? My local Fox radio affiliate (fair and balanced) accidentally mentioned this story three times in the same newscast since they pre-prepare their news. That's the repetitive part of propaganda and conditioning. The good guys and the white hats of these stories are always those persecuting Arizona.
Sometimes I think Fox is short for Vicente Fox, but I digress. My only surprise here is how long it took the establishment to roll out their “coalition” of civil rights groups, a bunch of people who would take every right we have if they ever get their way. Truly Orwellian.

Anyone who still does not think he is a communist is a fool. They attempt to shift blame away from Obama to any other possible target.
Don’t worry about the ACLU being a “foreign agent.” It isn’t. But MALDEF and MECHA and LA RAZA might have illegal financial ties to Mexico and this would be illegal.
Follow the money trail. Follow the names and see who they are in contact with.
I’d say contact the US Attorney for your region but since Holder is the AG, it is like asking Hitler to investigate the activities of the SS.

For sure. When I got my Census form I put down the Constitutionally mandated info. As to the rest of the crap, I left a not that I had no faith that the dems would NOT use or sell my private information since 0bama had lied on every issue he had addressed to date.
I have been hoping someone would come banging on my door wanting the balance of the info. Should that happen, I will ask the person if he was a member of any of those communist groups and further, had the person ever been arrested. in jail or otherwise have a criminal record. Then I would ask his name and tell him I was going to ask a cop friend to run him for verification. Then, he could return in one week and IF i am home, I MIGHT give him some of theinformation, but not all.
If these groups had been half as militant in favor of the unborn, libs wouldn’t have to import their voters from 3rd world countries.

In a real world, since they have no harm, they should have no standing to sue.
I don’t like what the legal system as do to us.
I never got one but some woman came by and asked me about it. I told her to call me later and she did. All she asked was my name and age and how many people live here.
